What a Google review link is
A Google review link is a direct URL that opens the “write a review” box for one specific Google Business Profile. Instead of asking a customer to search for you, find the right pin among lookalikes, scroll to reviews and tap “Write a review”, the link drops them straight into the review form. Fewer steps can reduce friction for customers leaving a review.
Ways to use the link
Put the link where customers already are: a thank-you SMS after a purchase, the footer of an invoice or email receipt, a WhatsApp Business quick reply, or a small “Rate us on Google” card at the counter. For a physical store, turn the link into a QR code and place it at the billing desk — the generator here can create and download one. The same link works on every device and stays usable while the listing and its Place ID remain valid.
Does a review link improve your ranking?
A review link does not change your ranking on its own. Reviews can influence how customers perceive your business, while Google’s local ranking systems consider multiple factors — relevance, distance and prominence among them, with review count and score part of the picture. What the link does is remove friction: fewer steps can reduce the chance that a customer who already wants to leave a review gives up before reaching the form.
Your privacy
The generator runs entirely in your browser. Your Place ID — or the link you pasted — is used to build the review URL on your device and is never sent to our server, stored, or shared. We never need access to your Google Business Profile: no sign-in, no permissions, no account, no API key.
