Annual cost by approach. The software row is the median of the published per-location prices applicable at your location count; the agency row only appears when you enter a rate. Annual figures assume 12 months — PlaceOptimizer's published 10-month annual plan applies to its own row.

All vendor prices were read from each vendor's public page and observed in June 2026. Quote-only vendors are shown as such — a price whose source cannot be opened is never asserted on your behalf. A "starting price" is the published entry tier; higher tiers sit above it.

- The agency row exists only when you enter a rate (not entered).
- Annual figures assume 12 months; PlaceOptimizer's published 10-month annual plan applies to its own row. Customer value not entered.
- Excluded: GST/taxes, setup fees, ad spend, and any traffic, ranking, lead or revenue predictions.

Generate a Google Review LinkHow to estimate your GBP management cost
Estimate what managing your Google Business Profiles costs — enter your location count, estimate your internal labour time, and compare DIY, agency, software and PlaceOptimizer side by side in rupees, with every published price sourced.
Enter how many locations you manage
Type how many locations you run into the calculator; every estimate recomputes for that count, since these plans are priced per location.
Estimate your internal time and labour cost
Enter how many minutes your team spends per location per month and the hourly labour rate — both default to editable estimates, so the internal cost stays yours to correct.
Compare the approaches side by side
Read the DIY, agency, software and PlaceOptimizer rows. Agency is only estimated from the rate you enter; the software row is the median of the published per-location prices applicable at your location count; nothing is invented.
Check the sources behind every price
Follow the source link on every vendor price, note the observed date, and treat starting prices as entry-tier figures with higher tiers above.

What the calculator's terms mean
Per-location pricing
Per-location pricing is the model where a platform charges one monthly rate for every Google Business Profile you manage, so your bill is the rate multiplied by your location count. PlaceOptimizer, Sekel Tech and Semrush Local all price per location, which is why this calculator recomputes every figure when you change the location number.
Per-user pricing
Per-user pricing is the model where a platform charges a flat monthly fee for every person who logs in, regardless of how many locations the team manages. Because the price does not scale with location count, a per-user tool cannot be compared fairly against per-location prices on the same axis — this calculator only computes per-location plans, and per-user or quote-only vendors are shown as such.
Quote-only pricing
Quote-only pricing is when a vendor lists no price publicly and the number only appears after a sales call. BrightLocal, SingleInterface and Partoo are quote-only in this comparison — we show them as "not disclosed" rather than inventing a figure, because a price whose source cannot be opened cannot be asserted on a prospect’s behalf.
Labor cost
Labor cost is the internal cost of the time your team spends managing profiles — the minutes per location per month multiplied by the hourly rate you enter. It is an editable assumption, not a published price, which is why the calculator labels it separately from the vendor rows and never lets an estimate carry the authority of a sourced number.
Annual vs monthly pricing
Annual vs monthly pricing is the billing-cycle choice every plan makes: pay every month, or prepay a year and get a discount. PlaceOptimizer’s annual plan bills ten months for twelve, and the calculator applies the same annualisation to every row so the comparison stays fair across billing cycles.
Frequently asked questions
How is the annual cost calculated?
Four approaches are compared — DIY (from your time and labour rate), agency (only from the rate you enter — agencies rarely publish one), software (the median of the published per-location prices applicable at your location count) and PlaceOptimizer (published per-location INR pricing). Every figure traces to a sourced price or one of your own assumptions; nothing is invented. Prices observed June 2026, USD converted at ₹94.46/$ (approximate).
Why do you not show an agency price?
Because agencies rarely publish per-location rates, and a figure whose source cannot be opened cannot be asserted on your behalf. The agency row only appears when you enter what your own agency quotes you — and it is labelled as your assumption, not a market price.
Why do some vendors show "quote required"?
BrightLocal, SingleInterface and Partoo do not list a public price — pricing is behind a sales call. That opacity is part of the comparison: PlaceOptimizer publishes per-location INR pricing at every band, so you can budget without booking a demo.
What does "starting price" mean?
A starting price is a vendor’s published entry tier. Sekel Tech’s ₹800/outlet Basic and Semrush Local’s $30/location Base are the cheapest published plans — higher tiers sit above them, so the entry tier is the honest comparison point, never the exact price for an unknown tier need.
Is the labour estimate my real cost?
No — it is an editable estimate based on the minutes per location per month and the hourly rate you enter (defaults: 10 minutes and ₹600/hour). If your team spends more time or costs more per hour, change the numbers and every DIY figure updates. It is always labelled as your assumption.
Is this calculator real-time?
Calculations run entirely in your browser from a static pricing model, and your inputs are embedded in share links so a shared result reproduces the same numbers. Vendor prices change — confirm on each linked pricing page before you sign anything. We refresh the model when vendors publish new prices.
