Introduction
This policy outlines how you can cancel a PlaceOptimizer subscription or seek a refund for services purchased through the Platform operated by Invarya Technologies Private Limited. The free audit requires no payment and is therefore outside the scope of this policy.
Cancellation
Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by writing to us at the contact below or, where available, through your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period. We do not automatically cancel work already in progress, such as audits already running at the time of cancellation.
Refunds
Refund requests are considered when they are made within 14 days of the charge in question. Refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis for unused service, except where the charge relates to services already delivered (for example, completed audits or generated reports), which are non-refundable. GST components are refunded as permitted by applicable tax law.
Service issues
If the service you received is materially not as described, report it to us within 14 days of the issue. Our team will investigate and take an appropriate decision, which may include re-running audits, extending your subscription, or issuing a partial or full refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method via our payment partner.
