Four things the Invarya team will walk through on your brand.
Every line below describes a check or output the PlaceOptimizer audit engine runs today — restated in the order you will see them during the call.
What the audit checks, category by category.
Six per-listing categories — basic information, business hours, ratings and reviews, media, categories and attributes, listing health — plus a seventh cross-location consistency check that compares every listing in your estate against every other on name, primary category, website, and phone format. The engine runs the automated part; manual verification items are flagged as such, never silently scored.
How the Brand Health Score is built.
Every listing starts at 100 and loses points per issue, weighted by severity — Critical costs 15, Warning 7, Info 2. Per-listing scores are averaged into a brand base, and brand-level deductions are applied for problems that only exist across the estate, such as name fragmentation, primary-category inconsistency, and proximity-based duplicate candidates. The score is a PlaceOptimizer diagnostic, not a Google metric — useful for tracking one brand over time, not as a league-table number.
What you see during the call.
A live walkthrough on your own brand: discovery across the cities you operate, the scored report, the ranked issue list, and the cross-location consistency findings side by side. No slides, no canned demo — your actual listings. If a city comes back thin because of search-data provider coverage, we will show you that distinction rather than hide it, because an empty audit reads very differently from a low-score audit and the operator deserves to know which one they are looking at.
What happens after the call.
You leave with the full audit output for your brand, the ranked issue list, and an honest read on which of the seven categories your estate is already strong in and which need work. If the per-location pricing fits, the next step is a design-partner onboarding with the Invarya team — Starter covers the bulk CSV diff-and-apply import and the India geo hierarchy, Growth adds rank tracking and AI review replies, and Enterprise adds the brand-compliance engine and managed onboarding.
If you want to read the full audit method before the call, the seven-category guide walks every category in detail, and the scoring methodology discloses the exact point weights per severity. Both are written so the operator can see exactly where the machine stops and human verification begins, because an audit tool that pretends everything is automated is not being straight with you.
Five vocabulary items that come up in every PlaceOptimizer walkthrough.
Brand Health Score
Brand Health Score is a single 0–100 number that summarises the listing-level findings of a Google Business Profile audit into one figure a marketing lead can track month over month. It is built in two stages: every listing starts at 100 and loses points for each issue the audit raises, weighted by severity (Critical costs 15 points, Warning 7, Info 2); the per-listing scores are then averaged into a brand base, and brand-level deductions are applied for problems that only exist across the estate, such as name fragmentation, primary-category inconsistency, and duplicate-candidate clusters. The score is a PlaceOptimizer diagnostic, not a Google metric — Google does not produce, recognise, or endorse it, and it does not predict where a brand ranks in the local pack. Treat it as a directional diagnostic for tracking one brand over time, not as a league-table number for comparing unrelated brands.
Search-data provider
A search-data provider is a third-party company — for PlaceOptimizer, that means SerpAPI and DataForSEO Maps — that maintains its own index of what appears in Google Search and Google Maps results, and sells programmatic access to that index for outside-in audits. The audit works by querying one or more of these providers for the listings that surface for a brand in a given area, then applying the seven-category checklist to whatever comes back. Because the providers are metered prepaid or postpaid, an empty audit can mean either a genuine coverage gap or a exhausted provider balance, and the engine distinguishes the two by surfacing each provider’s billing state alongside every result: prepaid balance remaining for the prepaid providers, accrued spend for the postpaid one. The architectural choice is deliberate; Google’s own Business Profile management API is gated behind an access-request process and does not exist to power outside-in audits of listings you do not own.
Severity ladder
A severity ladder is the audit’s mechanic for handling a single underlying number that has more than one meaningful threshold, where each tier is allowed to fire at most one issue rather than stacking. The most common examples are the rating ladder (a sub-3.5-star rating is Critical, a 3.5-to-4.0 rating is Warning, and a higher rating is untouched), the review-count ladder (fewer than 10 reviews is Warning, 10 to 50 is Info, and anything above 50 is untouched), and the photo-count ladder (zero photos is Critical, fewer than 5 is Warning, fewer than 10 is Info). Ladders exist because stacking — charging a 3.2-star listing with both the Critical and the Warning tiers from the rating ladder — would double-count a single weak signal and produce a misleading score. Each ladder contributes at most one issue to the per-listing score, which is how the score stays interpretable.
Discovery
Discovery is stage one of the PlaceOptimizer pipeline, the step that turns a brand name into a list of every Google Business Profile that brand appears to own across the markets it cares about. The engine queries SerpAPI and DataForSEO Maps for the listings that surface for the brand in each city, deduplicates by Place ID so the same storefront returned by two providers counts as one, and hands the resulting set to stage two, the audit. Discovery is the only stage whose failure mode is invisibility: a duplicate listing that does not surface for the brand in any provider index is invisible to the discovery step, and therefore invisible to the audit, and therefore invisible to the score. The free audit uses the same discovery path as the paid platform; the difference is the rate- and cost-caps that pin the free run to a sensible default scope.
GST invoicing
GST invoicing is the practice of issuing a tax-compliant Goods and Services Tax invoice on every charge, with the GST component broken out so the buyer can claim input tax credit and close the books cleanly under Indian tax law. For an Indian business paying for software, the invoice format and the GST inclusion matter as much as the headline price: a USD-billed foreign vendor may not issue a GST invoice at all, and the customer has to reverse-charge and self-account, which adds reconciliation work. PlaceOptimizer publishes per-location, per-month INR prices with GST invoicing built in, so the invoice the customer receives is the one their accountant expects, and the GST component is shown separately so it can be claimed as input credit. That is the operational difference between an India-first price list and a global suite with an India toggle.
